On Friday September 28th as part of anti-bullying week in the province, our school will be in the pink! Students and staff of Eel Ground School are asked to wear pink in support of anti-bullying. Show your support in stamping out bullying by wearing pink on Friday.

There will be practice today at 10:15am for our Grade 3-5 cross country run team. They will be getting ready for tomorrow's track meet at St. Andrews School.Good luck!
The Eel Ground Schools Soccer team kicks off its season today on the road. The team will travel to Harkins after school for their first game of the season. We wish them luck.

Congratulations to our Student of the Week. Kendra Simoneau was the winner of a meal deal at Dairy Queen. Students who show respect,do a random act of kindness or work extra hard, are nominated by the school staff.
Just a reminder to parents that our school recently sent home forms and permission slips. It is important that these are returned shortly as they include information for our school records as well as permission slips for field trips and web site.
Cross Country running for Grades 3 to 5 starts next week. Coaches will be Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Duplessie. All runners are required to find their own transportation to and from the meets. Please be there at 3:40pm for instruction and warm up. The races start at 4:00pm.
