The Eel Ground Schools Soccer team kicks off its season today on the road. The team will travel to Harkins after school for their first game of the season. We wish them luck.

Just a reminder to parents that our school recently sent home forms and permission slips. It is important that these are returned shortly as they include information for our school records as well as permission slips for field trips and web site.
Cross Country running for Grades 3 to 5 starts next week. Coaches will be Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Duplessie. All runners are required to find their own transportation to and from the meets. Please be there at 3:40pm for instruction and warm up. The races start at 4:00pm. The Eel Ground School Drama Club are now selling chocolate bars as a fundraiser for their trip to the Provincial Drama Festival in the Spring. Chocolate bars are $2.00 each and can be bought from any drama club member. Watch for their upcoming play "The Legend of Halloween Hairy" at the end of October.
