Math - Finish the equations we were working on today in class.  Make sure you verify your solution. 11.a) -8x + 11 = 59b) 11c + 21 = -34c) 23 = -5b +3d) -45 = 6a - 15e) 52 = 25 - 9ff) -13 + 4d = 31 12.a) 3n + 7 = 8b) 6x + 6 = 15c) -23 = 5p - 27d) 5p + 6 = 7e) 8e - 9 = -3f) -17 + 10g = -9 Language Arts The complete draft of your writing needs to be completed for Wednesday.  This should include and introductory paragraph, 4-5 body paragraphs, and a concluding paragraph.  That totals 6-7 paragraphs, each with their own main idea.  You will be working on this in class again Tuesday.

Write an equation for each problem, represent the equation with tiles, and solve the equation using tiles. Three more than six times a number is 21.  Let n represent the number.Maeve wants her friends to guess how many cards she has in her hand.  She says that if the number of cards in her hand is tripled, and 4 are added, then she has 22 cards.Pick a topic from your list and brainstorm as many steps as possible (think vomit draft) Make sure you hand in your social studies homework from last week.
