A group of our students had a great ending to their March Break. On Sunday, they traveled to Moncton to see the Moncton Wildcats and the Halifax Mooseheads play in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The game was exciting with the Mooseheads winning 3-2 in a shootout. The students got to go down to the dressing room and high five the players as they hit the ice at the beginning of the game and were welcomed on the PA system. A big thank you to Kelvin Simonson and the Eel Ground Recreation Council for organizing the trip and getting the tickets.
